Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your parcel through our Fast Track and Trace system — provided by DHL, New Zealand Post, or Australia Post, depending on your location.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship daily to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
New Zealand: A card-to-call with a tracking code will be left. Use it to arrange redelivery via NZ Post.
Australia: Use the tracking number on the AusPost or DHL site.
USA: Use the provided tracking number to check your status online.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all weekday orders on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent on the next business day.
How are products packaged for shipping?
We carefully pack every order using recyclable materials, bubble wrap, and protective boxing to ensure safe arrival. Fragile items like barometers and combined weather stations are packed separately.
How do I request free gift wrapping?
Add our gift wrapping product to your cart at checkout. It’s free and professionally wrapped.

What is your returns policy?
You may return any faulty or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Postage is the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Most items are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, which we manage directly.

How do warranties work for overseas customers?
We’ll assist international customers via email or phone and guide you through the simple return or repair process.
What if my product is damaged in transit?
Contact our team at sales@barometersandclocks.com We’ll issue a return authorisation and send you a pre-paid return label. Once returned and inspected, we will dispatch a replacement.
